Orchid spa has been very helpful during COVID. We have not only been sending text messages about appointments but have been letting everyone know of the safety and precautions we have personally taken as a medical spa. We want to make sure that everyone feels completely comfortable when entering our center, so instructions have been given by text. Without Orchid software, there would have been no way to get our messages of instruction for social distancing across. We also have begun text message marketing.
